CIPR at Global Education Expo 2026
On May 14–15, 2026, the Center for Innovation Promotion and Research (CIPR) participated in the Global Education Expo 2026, held at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. The event brought together universities, colleges, international educational programs, and innovative initiatives, creating a platform for students and institutions to connect and explore new opportunities in education.
During the exhibition, visitors were briefed about CIPR’s Space 1.0 educational program— Armenia’s first comprehensive space education initiative designed to bring hands-on aerospace engineering knowledge into schools. Space 1.0 education program enables students to learn space related theoretical concepts as well as practical development of satellites. It also allows students to engage with real satellite data collection and ground station operation, while developing their critical engineering thinking and problem-solving skills. Focusing especially on regional and underserved schools, the program aims to make space STEM education accessible and inspirational to the next generation of engineers and innovators in Armenia.
Throughout the two-day expo, CIPR team had active and engaging discussions with students, school representatives, and visitors. These conversations highlighted a strong interest in space education and a growing enthusiasm among young people to explore careers in space science and engineering. We were especially encouraged by the curiosity, insightful questions, and motivation demonstrated by students from various schools.
We sincerely thank the organizers and all visitors for their interest, meaningful discussions, and support.
CIPR remains committed to expanding space educational opportunities and empowering the next generation through innovative programs like Space 1.0.
